Three weeks ago we announced the Nexar’s Associate Product Manager and Design Program. Applications are now closed and we’ve been overwhelmed with the positive feedback and response.

Some statistics, we received:

• 265 Applications
• 14 International Applicants (the remainder from within Israel)
• 27 Referrals from Nexar Employees
• 12 Referrals from Friends of Nexar

The feedback on the program has been tremendous and it’s obvious that the demand and desire for entry level training and opportunities for Product Management and Design in Israel is very very high.

Next Steps

Over the course of the next week we will be inviting the top 10% of applicants for in person interviews with members from our product, design and engineering teams. By next week we will get back to everyone who applied with the appropriate next steps.

Unfortunately we received many more applicants than spots available. There are many, many amazing candidates who at this time we unfortunately won’t be able to meet with or hire. We’d like to encourage people to:

• Consider other roles at Nexar including those on our growth, engineering and operations teams. See our available job postings. Anyone who joins (including those in other roles) will also be able to participate fully in the APM training and education sessions.
